Jerry Stubbs Construction is a three-generation company. It started with Jerry’s Father, who in the 1970’s and 1980’s specialized in large scale developments, building hundreds of homes in the state of Utah. Jerry had a passion, and a keen eye for the more custom residential home, and after his father’s retirement focused more on the custom side of the residential world of building in 1990. That legacy has continued with Jerry’s son Trever, who has the same passion of building as Jerry has. The thing that separates Jerry Stubbs Construction from other builders is the idea to have a lasting friendship with those whom they have built for. Having the ability to show homes we have built by walking those interested in building with Jerry Stubbs Construction, comes from the friendships created through the build. At Jerry Stubbs Construction the attention to detail and meeting the needs of the people they build for are what makes building through three generations possible. Three generations of builders gives a knowledge base that is exceptional, and bases the idea that anything is possible, and that  “if it can be done we can do it”.
